FAQ

Log into your Paychex Flex account. On your dashboard, click on Time Off (View All). A window will pop up that says “Request Time Off” in a blue box. Select vacation as type, select your dates you will be off for paid time off then click submit. If you need further assistance, please reach out to your General Manager or hr@schmidtgroup.us.
Log into your Paychex account and go to My Page , then scroll over to Direct Deposit and click Edit to update/add new account information.
Log into your Paychex Flex account and click on My Profile. From there you access access to edit your personal information. 
If you believe you have an error on your paycheck, you must reach out to your manager to review the hours showing on your pay stub. If the manager finds there is something incorrect, they will contact the payroll department with any corrections that may be needed.
Your paystubs can be viewed by logging into your Paychex Flex account and clicking on “View all check stubs” on your dashboard.
